EFLOW: protecting the local water system for local citizens.

"I hope we shall crush in its birth the aristocracy of our monied corporations which dare already to challenge our government to a trial of strength, and bid defiance to the laws of our country."

THOMAS JEFFERSON, 1816

It’s Not Too Late!

How to Get Involved

There’s one way to make a difference: Tell the state Public Utility Commission (PUC) what you think!

The PUC judge handling this case must listen to residents who are willing to testify and go on the record with their ideas. Otherwise, your voice won’t be heard!

PUC Hearing
April 25, 2006
10 a.m.
PUC Hearing Room
Harrisburg

Transportation and lunch will be provided at no cost!

Check your schedule and email LehighValleyWater@yahoo.com
or call 610-737-1434 to let us know if you can make the trip!
Sign up by April 18!

As soon as we have a final list of attendees, transportation and lunch
will be arranged and notices sent to everyone with the details!

You CAN make a difference!

Telling the PUC what you think on April 25 is the best way to make sure your voice is heard!! However, we recognize that you may not have the time or ability to make the trip.

Can’t make the trip to Harrisburg on April 25? Joe Jaccarino and MaryAnne Pohl (residents within your neighborhoods) will testify on your behalf and present a petition with your signature to the PUC judge.

Email LehighValleyWater@yahoo.com or call 610-737-1434 to let us know you want to sign the petition and we’ll schedule a convenient time to stop by to get your signature.
